favourite type of weather? We run our circus workshops and shows in all sorts of weather here in Devon
Here in the UK the changeable weather is always a talking point . As seasoned performers I guess we’ve seen it all. From a Tornado in Dorset , which sent our circus workshop spinning plates flying across the field , to torrential heavy rain in a 2 mile long parade on stilts down some of Cornwall’s steepest streets .

Walking on stilts in gusty winds can be a hair-raising experience !

Imagine trying to drive your circus truck across a field that has turned into a mud bath and shaking your head in disbelief as your jet washed pristine white circus tent has turned an unattractive shade of mud brown.

The weather brings its share of memorable challenges . Once we performed outside on such a cold day that ice formed on the crash mats under the aerial rig .

Naturally, blue sky and sunshine with an ambient temperature make life much easier for us . Yet if the weather isn’t so kind , we can always bring our own brand of circus sunshine with us .Smile and the show must go on 😊😊
