Looking back to glorious times from 2015
Today we are writing about the times we had at the incredible working vintage Fairground Fairground in Devon. Dingles Fairground museum counts as one of the United Kingdoms Hidden Gems.
The fairground is packed full of beautiful unique historic fairground rides and memorabilia .
This setting was the perfect backdrop for our circus workshops and stiltwalking and other antics.
It all came about when we visited the attraction for a family day out in 2014 and got chatting to the original and lovely manager Roger Alford, who then asked us to come and stiltwalk at there for Halloween.
Over the next 7 years we regularly took part in special themed events and circus weeks at the fairground.
It was noisy , it was chaotic , it was magical.
We had great fun with our team of entertainers , meeting and interacting with the visitors.
We have so many happy memories of our times here with the wonderful fairground team of staff and volunteers who run this amazing attraction.
The museum is moving on and this will be the last season that you can visit it and ride on the old fairground rides in Devon. We are certainly planning a reunion visit for one last blast of fairground fun
