A Blast of Activity

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

We recommend making time to be physically  active by doing something enjoyable.

The ring master enjoys riding eccentric bicycles to keep active and fit.

We all know the benefits of building in excersise to our dally lives, we beleive in choosing something which gives you joy.  You  could choose a brisk walk with a friend.

Your daily activity doesn’t have to be a marathon . You could choose to dance for ten minutes or why not  hulahoop ?

Surfing could be a great choice if you live near the coast .

We think just building ten minutes or more of physical activity into our daily lives is great for our physical and mental wellbeing . Personally,  for us, if this activity can be circus related, then so much the better
